The broodstock lay their eggs that will develop in juveniles, inside proper tanks, in which the temperature and the lights are monitored.

The reproduction and the rearing of the juveniles is the most crucial phase of the entire production chain.

The juveniles are kept at a homogeneous temperature inside special tanks and subject to continuous veterinary check-ups until they grow and they reach the necessary dimensions for the second step of the rearing or for their commercialization.
